Private Pool Hire Peterborough

1. What does "private hire" mean?

You hire the the facility, i show you round and explain all health and safety, the controls, and then once the doors close behide me, it's yours for the session.

2. How many guests are allowed?

Our hire is for between 2 and 12 people.

3, Can i bring children?

Yes children are welcome with adult supervision.

4. Have you got a shower?

Yes we have a shower with number of jets, we provide you with branded shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

5. Do you provide swimming aids for children's use?

Yes we have a number of swimming aids for your children's use.

6. What time is the last booking?

Our last booking is 7pm, this can be up to a 3-hour booking.

7. What is the temperature of the pool?

our pool is 31 degrees, in summer months we may drop it down but i we will advise you of this.

8. Do i need to pay a deposit?

we ask for a £50 deposit to secure the booking with a 48 hours notice cancellation.

9.Can i bring my own food?

you are welcome to bring some snacks but cannot be taken into the wet areas and only consumed in the reception area. Complimentary hot and cold drinks, cupcakes, biscuits are available for you to help yourselves to.

10. What is a double nappy?

This is a disposable swim nappy with a well fitted neoprene nappy on top, this means that no poo can escape into the pool water which would result in closure for 48 hours minimum.

11. What is the pool like?

The pool is chlorinated, heated to between 30 and 31 degrees.it is 7metres long by 3 metres wide and 1.5 metres deep all the way.

12. Is it private?

Yes totally private and surrounded by conifers on the outside space  all the way around.

13. is there parking on site?

Yes enough room for up to 5 cars.

14. Can you bring inflatables?

Inflatables are provided on site

15. Can i do a children's party?

Sorry but no because of insurance restrictions.

16. Am i allowed to take photos and videos?

Yes as many as you like as it is private and share them on social media.

17. Is there music on site?

Yes and we can stream any type of music from a library of 120 million songs and with enough notice also do a playlist if required.

18. What if i need to cancel?

You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance with no loss of deposit.

18. Can i book the swimming pool on its own?

No as i only take bookings for the whole spa hire, the swimming pool is part of the spa package and can't be hire out on its own.

19. What do i do when i arrive?

Park on the driveway and you will be greeted by myself Angela and shown around the spa, explain the rules and health and safety.

20. do you do overnight accommodation?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide overnight stays but there is a good selection of hotels bed and breakfast close by.

21. Can i use mobile phones and is there free wifi?

As it is private please feel free to use your mobile phone and free wifi available.

22. Can i arrive early?

Please arrive at your allocated booking time where i already allow 15 minutes to show you around.

23. Do you supply towels, robes and flip flops?

Yes we do, and washed to a high temperature after every booking.

24. Can i just turn up?

It is essential that you prebook in advance with me as the spa will be in use.

25. Will my booking price be reduced if any of the facilities are closed?

unfortunately not as now and again in very rare cases we can have a mechanical breakdown and do get it repaired ASAP but this has only happened twice in 11 years.

26. Can we bring our own decoration?

We don't allow confetti but i do have birthday, anniversary and hen party banners that i can put up if required.

27. Can i smoke or vape?

There is a smoking and vaping area in the garden but not in the hot tub.

28. Are we allow to dive, jump or bomb in the pool?

No because it is not deep enough and therefore not safe.

29. Does the time we book includegetting changed?

Yes, your time includes getting changed. we ask that you are ready to leave promptly, this ensures that we have time to prepare the spa for the next guests.
